GAS PLATE DP SENSOR

Gas plate differential pressure switch is open.

Oxygen level is too low.

O2 SENSOR

MALFUNCTION

Oxygen sensor reading is out of range.

WARNING O2 LEVEL HIGH

Oxygen level is too high.

RECIRC PUMP FAILURE

Heater recirculation pump has malfunctioned.

IGNITION MONITOR X SEC

Waiting for proof of ignition.

NO FLOW SAFETY

LOCKOUT

Flow input not registering when boiler is starting up.

IGNITION SPARK FAULT

No ignition current measured when igniter is energized.

PRE IGNITION X SEC

Waiting for SSOV to prove open.

CLEANING IGNITER X SEC

Ignition transformer is energized with SSOV closed.

The inlet air sensor is out of range.

The BST Modbus header temperature sensor is out of range.

BST NETWORK TEMP

COM FAULT

The BST Modbus failed to read the header temperature

sensor.

SENSOR FAULT

The BST direct connected header temperature sensor is out of

range.
